At delivery creation, KafkaConsumer reads the data from Redis, creates a delivery assignment constraint (DAC) object, and then stores it in a DAC table via delivery service. During the assignment run, DeepRed fetches this information from delivery service via Apollo and uses these configurations for an assignment decision.
